The Location:
The Old Post House is a 400 year-old mellow Cotswold stone building, seconds from the Cotswold Way, in the picturesque village of Stanton, near Broadway.

With literally dozens of beautiful walks right from the door, to suit all abilities and energy levels, The Old Post House provides a perfect base from which to explore the Cotswold Hills.
In the village you will find the mount Inn, which serves good home-cooked meals, and an excellent riding stables, offering both guided hacks and tuition.
Nearby is Stanway House, which boasts the highest gravity-fed fountain in Europe, and Broadway with its antique shops, pubs and restaurants.
In addition, Stanton is only a few miles from Cheltenham, home of National hunt racing and historic Regency spa town, Winchcombe's Sudely Castle, the final resting place of Katherine Parr, and Chipping Campden, home of William Morris and the birthplace of the Arts and Crafts movement.

The Old Post House offers luxurious, self-contained en suite accommodation in its converted stable block. Furnished with original antiques and comfortable brass beds, the twin-bedded room is completely private and very peaceful. There is a television, Roberts radio and the facility for making tea and coffee.
Breakfast is served in the house itself, in what used to be Stanton's original post office.
